Domestic Energy Assessments will normally be carried out within 24-48 hours subject to workload of the assessors and the vendors.

On busy periods it may take longer. Energy Performance Certificates can be supplied same day by digital technology and within 48 hours by post, subject to payment and outside influences. 

Home Inspection Packs take on average 5 ~ 10 days frequently quicker, however, it may on occasions take longer than this to provide the documents.
